Easy Santorini Car Rental Terms

Rates

  • The prices are in EURO (€), per day.
  • The prices include unlimited ΚΜs per day, Third party Insurance, Theft insurance, 24 hours road Assistance, Taxes and VAT.

Insurances

  • C.D.W (Collision Damage Waiver ) insurance is available as an option for all vehicles. C.D.W insurance reduces clients liability in case of damage, to the amount of the excess. The daily rate of the C.D.W is clearly mentioned during the reservation process, and it depends on the car type / model. The daily rate of the S.C.D.W. is clearly mentioned during the reservation process, and it depends on the car type / model.   • SECURITY DEPOSITS : ***No Security deposit required (!) (!) ***for drivers between 23 and 74 with a license for more than 2 years and for economy type of cars ( C.D.W. or S.C.D.W. must be selected )
  • For premium cars ( for example Mini Convertible or SUV ) a security deposit is required equal to the amount of the excess
  • Credit Card : ***A credit card IS NOT required !.*** for the typical purposes and as long as CDW or SCDW are selected any kind of debit card will do
  • Traffic regulations Driver must follow traffic regulations. A violation ( for example drink and drive ) will cancel any insurance covers in case of an incident.
  • FUEL . Fuel is not included in the prices. The fuel policy of the company is same to same
  • DRIVERS AGE We accept drivers from 21 years to 75 years old
  • DRIVERS EXPERIENCE All drivers must have a valid drivers license for at least 2 years
  • REQUIRED DOCUMENTS : Drivers license (physical form, no copies , images , or digital forms ), Identity card or passport , debit card or credit card ( credit card not required )
  • TAKING THE RENTAL CAR ON A FERRY Taking the rental car on a ferry is prohibited. It is allowed only after a written permit from the manager of the rental company and an at least 10 days notice in order to issue the extra insurance required .
  • INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT An International driving permit is required for some Countries (for example India, Colombia, Argentina, China, Singapore, S. Korea and some more. We shall inform you immediately if such a document is required, when we receive your booking
  • CANCELLATION POLICY . We offer free cancellations 48 hours before arrival. Any payments will be refunded 100% instantly . We can not refund any payments in case of non show ( when a client doesn't show up without a previous notice)
  • OFF ROAD Off road driving is not allowed. We might not be able to provide help in case of emergency if the car is in a location where road assistance vehicles can not approach
  • PARKING TICKETS Any parking tickets issued by authorities, must be paid by the renter.



Renter’s credit card or debit card is required for typical guarantee purposes. ( please note that in most cases as indicated in our website, a security deposit will not be blocked on drivers debit card ) When a debit card is required is mainly for identification purposes rather than guarantee purposes. Also for those clients that do not have even a debit card we can find a solution, only for economy type of cars . In that case please contact for details. A credit card is not required any card can be used for the typical purposes
